Just to let you know that I have joined bloggers, but still have to investigate all the possibilities. I hope to find all the old aol journallers here too so that we can communicate as before.
I may combine my two journals - Now That I'm Retired & Freda's Diaries, unless I get really clever and create two journals on this site :-D
Well, off to trawl this site and do stuff to my journal.

- Born in 1941, I can just about remember the war, I can certainly remember the aftermath of rationing. I have fond memories of my youth, and I hope you will enjoy reading about them. I am divorced and very happily single. I have two grown up children - a boy and a girl, and grandmother to my sons two children - Mason and Kiska. Now that Im retired, I can indulge my long time love of gardening and growing things, and trying out recipes. But I am also having to do all the things I promised myself I would do - once I had the time - having a good old clear out!
